Some cool tips I found on the net… maybe this can help you to clear your bad forehead acne.

1.) Wash Hands Prior to Washing Face

This is as simple as it gets. Depending on what you were doing before, your hands could contain a lot of bacteria that you do not want to spread onto your face. Always wash your hands before you begin cleansing your face.

2.) Use a Mild Soap/Cleanser – Tea Tree Oil Facial Foaming Cleanser Works Well

I personally use tea tree oil facial foaming cleanser and it works very well. If you do not wish to buy this then use any mild soap or cleanser. Also, do not apply too much of whatever you use. It is not true that the more you use the more effective it will be. Apply enough, but not too much.

3.) Be Gentle, Massage In A Circular Motion

It is best to use your fingertips when washing your face rather than a wash cloth. Massage your cleanser over your face in a circular motion being as gentle as possible. When going over big bumps, be extra gentle. If you have trouble getting all the cleanser off your face then wet a soft wash cloth and go over your face once very slowly.

4.) Do Not Scrub Your Face With A Towel to Dry

Use your hands as a fan and wave at your face several times in order to dry. Or, pat try with a clean towel. Do not rub a towel across your face to dry.

5.) Apply Tea Tree Oil after Washing Face

Tea tree oil works very well for most people. It is a natural oil that is used for many infections on the skin. It dries out the pimple and simply shrinks them. It will not prevent any acne from appearing but it can significantly reduce the size of any pimple. After washing the face, apply this oil lightly.
