This is the new acne e-book that everyone is talking about. I hadn’t heard about it at all until a few weeks ago.
Sebastian, a close friend of mine also suffers from pretty bad acne… but when I came to see him last week for a beer I noticed something different about him. He actually looked pretty good, and his skin was much clearer. So I kept asking him all night what he had done but he wouldn’t say! I think he enjoyed the situation, keeping me in the dark of this mysterious method. Finally though, after way to many beers, he revealed it all. He had bought this e-book on the internet which promised to get rid of your acne in 3 days. I laughed my ass off when he told me this, “a goddamn book!?” So I followed him home afterwards and he showed it to me, and I wouldn’t have believed it if it wasn’t him (I’ve known the guy almost all my life).
No matter how unbelievable it may be, I actually think it works. The thing is, the actual pimples can disappear rather quickly (you know what I mean, a new pimple shows up one day and is gone by the next day – and then another pimple etc). So by following the instructions in the e-book the “active” pimples can disappear in as little as 3 days. But obviously the scars and marks doesn’t go away directly, but they too will of course fade away in time.
This is exacyly what I’ve been searching for. A natural way to get rid of acne, no more expensive lotions and all that crap… I just bought the book and I will start using it right away.
Oh, and here’s the link.

Thats what we all ask ourselves right? Why did I get so bad acne problems on my face, when my friend just had a couple during puberty that later disappeared completely? And they’re everywhere! Adult acne, teen acne, chin acne, forehead acne scars or whatever it may be, I don’t wish it on anyone.
I don’t know if there’s any simple answer to that question… but genetics is a part of it for sure. Some of us just have more oil in our skin than others. I have to wake up in the morning and see yet one more pimple added to the family. So I used to squeeze them, which caused acne scars and often made the bad forehead acne even worse. So thats my advice to you, do not squeeze!
So what can we do then? Isn’t there anything we can do?
Sure there is. Some acne treatments work better than others though. The most important thing is of course to wash your face with a good face wash at least two times a day. Then add a moisturizer to protect the skin.
There are tons of acne products out there also, and I have tested quite a few. Some of them have been helpful, but always to a certain degree. I think it’s an individual thing also. What works for some people may not work for others.
I recently just bought a product that I’m gonna try out… I’ll keep you posted on how it works out.
Have you tried out any acne products that have been helpful? If so, plz leave a comment about it so I can check it out!
