This is the new acne e-book that everyone is talking about. I hadn’t heard about it at all until a few weeks ago.

Sebastian, a close friend of mine also suffers from pretty bad acne… but when I came to see him last week for a beer I noticed something different about him. He actually looked pretty good, and his skin was much clearer. So I kept asking him all night what he had done but he wouldn’t say! I think he enjoyed the situation, keeping me in the dark of this mysterious method. Finally though, after way to many beers, he revealed it all. He had bought this e-book on the internet which promised to get rid of your acne in 3 days. I laughed my ass off when he told me this, “a goddamn book!?” So I followed him home afterwards and he showed it to me, and I wouldn’t have believed it if it wasn’t him (I’ve known the guy almost all my life).

No matter how unbelievable it may be, I actually think it works. The thing is, the actual pimples can disappear rather quickly (you know what I mean, a new pimple shows up one day and is gone by the next day – and then another pimple etc). So by following the instructions in the e-book the “active” pimples can disappear in as little as 3 days. But obviously the scars and marks doesn’t go away directly, but they too will of course fade away in time.

This is exacyly what I’ve been searching for. A natural way to get rid of acne, no more expensive lotions and all that crap… I just bought the book and I will start using it right away.

Oh, and here’s the link.

forehead acneThe forehead is one of the most common places to get acne breakouts. It is part of the so called T-Zone, an area of the face that tends to be very oily and shiny. In most cases, acne breakouts on forehead are treated with good hygiene and presciption-free medication. But for severe cases of acne on forehead, you may have to contact a dermatologist that can prescribe stronger treatment.

Forehead acne causes
Acne is caused by overactive sebaceous glands that produce an excess of a substance called sebum. Sebum production is regulated by androgens (sex hormones), for example testosterone. Too much testosterone leads to an overproduction of sebum. The sebum clogs pores, causing blackheads. Blackheads are a breeding ground for Propionibacterium acnes, the bacterium that causes pimples.

Acne breakouts can occur almost anywhere on the body. The forehead is one of the more common places. There are other contributing factors, such as hair oils and hair products. These can worsen the blocked pores.

Forehead acne treatment
It is important to keep the forehead skin clean by washing your face twice a day with a Face Wash containing salicylic acid. Salicylic acid promotes the excretion of dead skin cells that would otherwise block the pores, causing whiteheads and/or blackheads. If you have sensitive skin, use face wash once a day to prevent over-drying.

Exfoliation is essential to keep the pores clean and smooth skin. You can use a gentle face scrub, or a little scrubbing sponge specifically designed for exfoliation. If you have sensitive skin, do not exfoliate more than three times a week. Otherwise, you can do it daily in the shower.

There are many medicines acne lotions that can be bought over the counter without prescription. Find one that contains benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria that cause bad forehead acne. It can bleach some fabrics, so make sure it is fully absorbed into the skin before getting dressed.

If you have bad forehead acne, or if you have forehead acne scars, the standard of non-prescription medicines can not be enough. You may want to see a dermatologist who will prescribe antibiotics to kill the Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. There are current and stronger oral antibiotics of such. They are very effective, but may also have unwanted side effects. Some people experience severe allergic reactions including rash and fever.

Thats what we all ask ourselves right? Why did I get so bad acne problems on my face, when my friend just had a couple during puberty that later disappeared completely? And they’re everywhere! Adult acne, teen acne, chin acne, forehead acne scars or whatever it may be, I don’t wish it on anyone.

I don’t know if there’s any simple answer to that question… but genetics is a part of it for sure. Some of us just have more oil in our skin than others. I have to wake up in the morning and see yet one more pimple added to the family. So I used to squeeze them, which caused acne scars and often made the bad forehead acne even worse. So thats my advice to you, do not squeeze!

So what can we do then? Isn’t there anything we can do?
Sure there is. Some acne treatments work better than others though. The most important thing is of course to wash your face with a good face wash at least two times a day. Then add a moisturizer to protect the skin. ;)

There are tons of acne products out there also, and I have tested quite a few. Some of them have been helpful, but always to a certain degree. I think it’s an individual thing also. What works for some people may not work for others.

I recently just bought a product that I’m gonna try out… I’ll keep you posted on how it works out.

Have you tried out any acne products that have been helpful? If so, plz leave a comment about it so I can check it out! :)

There are several reasons that cause acne to appear on our forehead. Some of them include genetic factors, changes in hormonal levels when women are subjected through menstrual cycles, which are non-cosmetic comodogenic, high level of stress or unbalanced diet.

Here are some ways that you can use to treat your acne on your forehead.

1. Limit hand contact with your forehead – Limit your hand contact with your forehead as you risk spreading bacteria and oil on your forehead areas of which will aggravate your acne situation.

2. Tie up your hair – our scalp produces oil and some oil will settle on your hair. If you have long hair and they are regularly brushing against your face, acne and risk is much higher because oil from your hair are transferred to your forehead, which can block up your pores.

3. Use Nail hair care – hair sprays can cause acne to appear on your forehead too. Particles from the spray can irritate the skin or to block pores which lead to more acne forehead. Or limit your use of spray or shield your face when you’re using a spray.

4. Avoid head gears – Top Gears tend to suck our sweat and bacteria collect. Whenever we hold our head gears, the spread of bacteria on our forehead which can lead to breakouts. Try to avoid head gears or wash them regularly to ensure that they are clean to use.

5. Do not smoke – Acne is most common in active smokers compared with non-smokers. By stubbing you are eliminating the risk of having more acne.

Following these tips may help you to clear forehead acne and get back some of your self confidence.
